Name: Cassandra *Cassie* Sandsmark

Code Name: Wonder Girl (II)

Powers & Abilities: Cassie originally received her powers from a number of mystical artifacts employed by Artemis during her time as Wonder Woman which provided her with the powers of strength and flight/speed. Her brother Ares gave her a lasso shortly after joining the Teen Titans which channels the lightning of Zeus. As a result of Infinite Crisis, the Greek gods left the mortal plane and Cassie's powers slowly faded until they disappeared altogether. Ares then offered her some of his power, saying only that she would be "more powerful than she's ever been." Supposedly now, her physical strength is augmented.

Family: She is the daughter of a noted archaeologist, Dr. Helena Sandsmark and the Greek god Zeus. Her mother was working with Wonder Woman when during two separate battles, she had the chance to create a costume and use magical acquirements to help her. Later on, she was given the opportunity to request and was subsequently granted real powers by her father, Zeus.

Other relationships of note: Her best friend and the person she seems to lean on most at the moment is Kara Zor-El who not only shares her grief over the death of Superboy, but is the one she most confides in. Tim Drake also shares in her pain through failed attempts at resurrecting Superboy, as well as a kiss born of their shared grief that they both agree was a mistake but have yet to actually talk about. Nightwing was with her the night they tried to destroy Superboy-Prime and lost Superboy instead, and is an ally to her team when needed. She heavily idolizes Donna Troy, the original Wonder Girl, who even gave her the second costume she wore under the identity. Donna is also the first person she breaks down to and admits how truly hurt she still is over Superboy's death when questioned over her hesitance to be near Match.

Current Residence: San Francisco & a place in Manhattan, very near her best friend Kara's.

Profile: Cassie is the half-human daughter of Zeus and a noted archaeologist. Her powers are still not fully known, especially now that she has accepted Ares, god of war, as her brother. Her first taste of power and of battle was assisting Wonder Woman, but it was Wonder Girl she ended up idolizing and wanting to be just like. She joined the Young Justice because of her crush on Conner Kent, and then later joined the Teen Titans with some of the former members after the Young Justice had disbanded. Right now, she is simply trying to be a teenage girl who occasionally saves the world while still having fun with her best friend, and never forgetting Superboy.
